API 'Backlog order change by order number' rejects all requests on sandbox server



I am trying to test order change requests using the backlog sandbox server and I always get this response:

"code" : "TI-TXT-062",

"type" : "ERROR",

"reason" : "customerLineItemNumber 742829 cannot be changed",

"message" : "customerLineItemNumber 742829 is in process by TI and cannot be changed. If you are still having issues, contact TI customer support support.ti.com/csm"

Is this normal behavior for any change request on the sandbox server?

Also, which fields are eligible for a change request (price, quantity, requested delivery date..)?

Can you cancel a backlog order using the order change API?

  • I was not able to use the backlog order change API because my original orders had pricing issues. The order was stuck waiting for TI to approve the customer specified price so no modifications could be made on the order. Once I created an order with appropriate pricing, I was able to execute order change requests on the sandbox server.
