PSPICE-FOR-TI: Can't install Pspice for TI

Hi, my name is Kwame Markin and I recently acquired a new device and wanted to install pspice-for-ti and I kept receiving the message that I have maxed out my number of devices. Can you please disable all the old installations associated with the above email so I can go ahead and make the installation possible. Thank you and hoping to hear from you soon.

I have the same problem. I reached out to Cadence, and they replied that I have to go to TI for this issue. Below is their response:

Dear Luis,
 
Since your are using the TI version of PSpice and not the commercial PSpice, you need to contact TI for any help related to this.
I would suggest you to contact them on their E2E forum and they should be able to help you with this.
