I need waybill number for ASN API call but I am unable to find it. When and where will I be able to find it?

1. You can get your waybill number only after your order is in 'Complete' status. Please check the order.
2. Waybill number can be retrieved in two ways -
2. in myTI order history
If the status is 'Complete' then Track/Invoice button will be enabled.
If not 'Complete' then Track/Invoice button will be disabled. In such case, please wait till the status is changed.
If you are not able to retrieve the waybill number if though the order is in 'Complete' status, please post a new question here on the E2E forum
