[FAQ] TI-API: I haven't received Financial document via Push API even after placing the order successfully

How to get Financial document from Push API? I am not getting it even after placing the order successfully. 

  • Please check the status of the order. Only orders, that are completed, will have financial data available to be pushed

    Make sure the settings provided in myTI profile for Financial Document Push are still correct. E.g. - the API endpoint provided doesn't have any network or certificate issues

    If the issue is still not resolved after going through the above steps, please post a new question here on the E2E forum (https://e2e.ti.com/p/addpost?pn=TI-API) and provide as many details as possible.
