[FAQ] TI-API: I'm not able to retrieve Financial data using Financial document retrieve API

I placed an order successfully. Now I am trying to get the financial data using the Financial document retrieve API but I am unable to get it. How do I get it?

  • Financial data (Invoice) is available as soon as it's generated after order processing.

    1. Please check if you are using the correct orderNumber. orderNumber must begin with a 'T'
    2. Make sure the financialDocumentNumber is correct
