Hi Kevin,
We have received your request and currently looking into your issue. For region of Vietnam - the only approved payment type is Credit Card (other). This is what you have chosen in your checkout profile. However, in our current TI Store API suite, we have not yet enabled Credit Card Payment Option - our approved API payments types are: Apruve, Line of Credit or Bank Transfer, this means you will not be able to complete your checkout profile at this time.
We do value your business and hope that you will continue to order with us using our web service www.ti.com site and place the order with a payment type of Credit Card, which is an approved payment type for your region of Vietnam on our web service.
