Hi Support,

Please refer to our previous email communication to TI Support Team, specifically e-mail sent by TI API Support Team on Wednesday, 14 September 2022 9:29 AM Singapore time.

We are still having this error messages when we were testing it:

TI-TXT-041: No sold to customer found for vendor XXXXXX

TI-TXT-042: No ship to customer found for vendor

Please help to check.
