Could you check below issue about GPN product information?
When I accessed to GET /products/TPS54331DR, I got normal data as below.

But when I accessed to GET /products?Page=0&Size=1& GenericProduct Identifier=TPS54331, I got below different device data.
Do I have to input other data including product family?
