TI-API: [V2] How to enable line of credit in option payment method

How to enable line of credit in payment method of checkout profile type company account. I already get approve line of credit from our sale and line of credit available in payment method. But in payment method in checkout profile configuration not available LOC (line of credit) to select. Could you help to advise? 

  • Hi Arnon,

    If your company already has a direct line of credit, then your email address may not be listed as an authorized user on the line of credit. Please do one of the following:

    • Ask someone who is a member of the myTI company account and listed on the line of credit to create the checkout profile, or
    • Contact your TI sales representative and ask to be added to your company's line of credit.

              I use a different email member in the account company list to try to select the line of credit option in the checkout profile. But the option still does not appear. The item in the choice has apruve, other items lack LOC. What should I do next ?

  • Hi Arnon,

    You should be able to ask your Buyer or Sales representative to identify who in your company is listed on the line of credit.

                I already try with first order with manual process is work with line of credit. But in checkout profile payment method is not appear line of credit in option . Could you help?

    Please ensure that someone that is listed on the line of credit is actually creating the checkout profile. It is not enough for someone that is listed on the line of credit to be a member of the company profile while someone else on the company account creates the checkout profile.
