order history is empty in ti.com

Hi,

we have created an account in February and have been ordering via web shop first.

In March we successfully processed onboarding and in the meantime we have switched to ordering via API v1.

(meanwhile we have a company account and API v2 is coming soon)

my question:

logging on ti ti.com in the company account, the myTI dashboard -> Orders -> order history shows text "no order history found for given filter" with no list.

switching to the personal account, the myTI dashboard -> Orders -> order history gives me a list with "0 orders placed in last 90 days".

I am positive that we have posted orders via API v1 in that period of time. Last one on Nov. 15th.

We have tried a couple of times since february, and we have received a couple of deliveries - but list in web portal has never shown any orders.

additional information, Just tested an hour ago:

Sending a get request to transact.ti.com/.../{some_ti_orderno} will give a json with info about a specific order

Using web portal to list orders/status would be nice, though.

Can you please have a look at it? I'm happy to provide more data on non-public channels as this is a public forum
