TI-API: does not relate to part no

I want to connect my BOM Connector via API.

I am supposed to create a "New Team" - but the create "New Team" button is not available.

We have transitioned from v1 to v2 API - in the version 1 you had the button for New Team, now today it is setup with a myTI company account.
