I think you will need to go to our website and look for a controller that can drive FETs that can work with that much current.

Take a look at the LM25143 two-phase controller. Two ICs can be used to create a 4-phase solution (25A to 37.5A per phase). You can use the quickstart calculator or WEBENCH to assist with component selection.
