TI-API: Inventory Subscription API "Please provide a valid URL." error

Hello,

I was trying to register a URL to TI API (Inventory Subscription API) but I keep getting "Please provide a valid URL" error. The URL of this service is valid since I could call it using Postman... I look into the forum and seems some other users have the same issue, starting two weeks ago...
