Checkout status is incomplete

Have completed all the stages of Checkout Profile generation in the myTIDashboard, but still showing as incomplete and the ID is no populated.

 

Can you please check and let us know , Also we are creating this profile for API testing so is it necessary to give all these details such as payment and all.

    Hi Sree Lekshmi M,

    You can use of all of the APIs except the Create Order API before the checkout profile is complete.  You must have a valid payment method saved to your checkout profile in order to create the checkout profile, which will be needed in order to use the Create Order API.   Let me know if you have any additional questions.
