We have created the checkout profile using our Freight Account.
But DHL is only getting added in Freight account, but we need FEDEX to be added.

Can you explain the steps you've taken to get to the screen you provided above?
For example, did you try adding your Fedex account, then add DHL after adding Fedex failed? Did you add DHL, then try to change it to Fedex? Is this a different checkout profile than one you added DHL to?

I have come to thais screen using the below steps.
myTI Dashboard -- Checkout Profile -- Add New -- Filled in all info -- Save
I wanted to add Freight Account of our company to India Address, but I wasn't able to do so. So, I have taken advise from your team and they insisted me to proceed as below.
Creating a new address in a different country (say, US), then creating a *new* checkout profile all the way through to shipping method with the different country shipping address, and select the third-party freight option (Your carrier details).
Then go back and change the shipping address (in step 1 & 2) to the desired India address...Save the profile. Now Profile will be created with India Shipping Address with your Carrier option.
After trying in this way, I started re-filling the details using my India Address, but at the Shipping Method stage, the below error is popping up when I am trying to enter my FEDEX Account details.
All the details are getting feeded except the US Shipping Account details.
Pls help to solve this case immediately, since I am not able to try using TI-API Excel Tool.
