TI-API: Order - Getting Error in Production

We are getting the following error from the order API.

Could you please help identify the issue?

    Hi Jaime,

    I sent you a friend request.  Can you accept it?   At present it looks like your API endpoint is invalid.  Can you re-check?  Thanks!

    Jaime,

    Per our conversation, I was able to successfully execute the JSON, simulated at the customer.  We believe that there was a system issue that caused this problem on our side.   Since this customer has been able to successfully execute their JSON, since the initial problem, I will close this thread.  Please let me know if they experience any other problems.
