TI-API: TXT-017 error message when attempting to modify order

Please provide additional information.  Under what circumstances are you seeing this error message?

I'm thinking this is an API error, but you posted this in WIRELESS forum, so I don't want to assume as such.

Please provide more details so this can be routed to the correct organization to assist with the error you are seeing.

I am modifying an order

code:TI-TXT-017 ERROR:End customer number is not valid or cannot be changed

15446 as endCustomerNumber  ,

Hello Hiran,

The API logs show that when you created the order originally, you created it using endCustomerCompanyName rather than endCustomerNumber. You will need to send the same field and value in the change order request that you sent on the original order.

Can you do me the favor of deleting all the created orders?

We're checking on whether or not we can do that. Since these are non-production orders, can you explain why you wish them to be deleted?
