TI-API: V1 sandbox app got error in order placing and order info retrieving

Hi TI Support Team,

Would like to seek your support as we are receiving the following error message on our V1 sandbox app. Kindly advise on it.

Error invoking web service: BadRequest: {"Message":"Error invoking web service: Internal Server Error <html>\n<head>\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1\"/>\n<title>Error 500 Process terminating -- some documents reached an exception which is set to halt all documents: Exec-ID: [execution-11c7b795-8ca6-4c2f-b339-401e5c679be0-2023.08.30]\n</title>\n</head>\n<body><h2>HTTP ERROR 500</h2>\n<p>Problem accessing /ws/rest/v1/storeOrderCreate/StoreOrderRetreive/xxxx.   • Hi Eddie,

    Our backlog test environment is undergoing maintenance until 8/31.  You can resume testing on 9/1.  This will impact any backlog API that you want to test.  Below is an example of an error that might be returned.

    Please note that the following are NOT impacted:

    • This has NO impact on ordering backlog products (transact.ti.com is OK)
    • This has NO impact on TI store API order testing capabilities
    • This has NO impact on ordering products on TI.com

    This only impacts "testing" any backlog APIs using "transact-pre.ti.com".
