TI-API: Missing production environment in API portal

Hello, 

I was informed that the TI system is ready to receive production data from our company, but under the company account in the API portal, I can see only the information for the development environment and not also the information of the production environment.

    Hi Eddie, 
    Are you the administrator for your company?

    Only the administrator will be able  to see the credentials since their email address was used to create the account.  Please let me know.
