TI-API: which ID should be used? 'Admin user ID' or 'Employee user ID'?

For customer onboarding process for creating myTI account & linking it with Company account which ID should be used 'Admin user ID' or 'Employee user ID'. If I use employee ID for creating my TI account & then try to associate this account with company account then getting message MyTI Comapny account already exist.

    Hi Nita,

    I apologize for the slow reply. I do not understand what issue you are facing. If you attempt to join the Schneider Electric account that you showed above by clicking the "Request to join" link, you should see a message that states "You are requesting access to join the [company account name] company account. TI will send an email to the company account administrator asking them to approve your access. Do you wish to continue?"

    Are you seeing a different message or error? If so, can you also send a screen grab of the message you see? You can send it via private message if you would prefer.
