TI-API: Backlog API

Dear Sir or Madam,

we're in process to establish API orders at TI. We already placed TI store API orders with the excel file. Now we want to integrate the Backlog API.

What is the interface description for this? Can we talk to someone to clarify open questions? Once we know the interface description we'll contact

Seeburger to integrate.

The Backlog API will soon be avialable for us. We're already nominated for onboarding.

    can you share your company name as the integrator and a list of your questions, so that I can determine if our API support team is what you need or if you need the Onboarding team to assist.  You are sharing that you will be doing API.

    The customer will fill out a checkout profile in their onboarding request where they will be asked for API endpoints to receive the data. We also have Retrieve APIs to allow to pull the data. 

    Customer goes through the nomination process. The SuperAdmin or company then has access to the API Portal documentation. The API portal documentation gives them the schema / YAML of the APIs and ability to test from the portal with their secret and key - real time testing. The customer must fill out a series of questions to create a Checkout Profile, with carrier information, customer team account information, Tax info, etc. 

    After a Company account is created by the Customer’s SuperAdmin, the company will go through an LOC approval for line of credit.  Also, for each COP, Trade Compliance will verify EUC document and approve.  Once approved, the account will be created, and the customer will be notified that their account is eligible for API.

    Now once they have a Team Account and an Admin who has the rights, they will have access to setup team members to their team company account. Once the team members and the admin have setup their Checkout Profiles, received their credentials, the customer will use the secret and key credentials assigned to them along with an access token (that is limited to 30 min. the token will need to be refreshed) via the API to place Orders, etc.

    We will send PUSH API Order, ASN and Invoice Json responses to the customers API endpoints that they will setup during their onboarding process.

    that's already done: Checkprofile created, approved and API is eligible.

    Does the TI store API has the same interface desciption as the Backlog API? Or is it the same?

  • No, it is not the same interface description, the TI Store Order suite portal is different than the backlog API portal and they do use different credentials and URL endpoints.
