TI-API: Having issue in getting product information using API (Sandbox partnumber works, but not the actual partnumber)

Dear Sir / Madam,

I tried using API, got access token, its working fine with 

Sandbox partnumber = AFE7799

with url : transact-pre.ti.com/.../products

 

while getting product information for actual partnumber. I  am getting this following error.

with url : transact.ti.com/.../products

searched Partnumber: XTR101

Could you please let me know, what will be the reason for the same.
