TI-API: Customer Onboarding Form does not work

I'm currently following the steps outlined under api-portal.ti.com/backlog-api-getstarted to get my company signed up for the Backlog API. Unfortunately in step 1, sub-step 5 "Submit the Customer Onboarding Form and Review", when I click on the link I'm immediately being redirected to the TI homepage. Could you please help?

Until we can resolve this issue, if you would like to pursue backlog API, you can please - "Contact your sales representative about establishing a direct customer relationship with TI."
