Hello,

I am investigating the aforementioned error that we have gotten from our API calling transact.ti.com/v2/store/orders Can you confirm if there was an issue or outage on the TI-API on Apr 30, 2024 @ 10:22:16.584 AND Apr 30, 2024 @ 03:22:20.744 CST?

    Noah,

    There was no outages.  The error you received was a validation error that implies that your DHL number cannot be used with the address you've included in your checkout profile.  Please contact DHL and confirm the account number and the address and make the appropriate changes.
