LMG3522R030: GaNFET does not work

Hello,

I used the GanFet LMG3522R030 and designed the single phase full bridge inverter. So I started the low power testing. In there My six GaNFETs are dosent work. Dosent work means it doesnt out the 5V LDO.

What can be happened?

Hello,

Can you please share some information for me:

1. What voltage are you applying to the VDD pin?

2. Voltage measured at LDO5V

3. Voltage measured at FAULT

Test Configuration:

1. Vin Iin

2. Vout Iout

3. Frequency

This will help me narrow down the issue, please fill in as many details as possible.

1. VDD = 12V
2. LDO = 5V
3. Fault = 5V

Vin 30v
And can't flow the power due to GaNFets does not work.

Hello,

If the device is outputting 5V on both the LDO and FAULT pins, this would indicate the device is working as expected.

Can you help me understand what these pins are measuring when the device is not working?

Here is an image to help illustrate the signals needed to help troubleshoot:

Let me know if you are able to capture these signals with an oscilloscope
