Hi TI expert

I see a thermal impedance from junction to ambient on the data sheet, but this is quite high.

Do you have a thermal resistance for junction to board or junction to case?

    The thermal resistance information for this device is as follows:

    Result- Theta JA-High K 

    		 73.0

    Result-Theta JC, top 

    		 32.8

    Result-Theta JB

    		 31.0

    Result- Psi JT 

    		 5.1

    Result- Psi JB

    		 30.7

    All values are in C/W. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
