LMH1297 IBIS-AMI file has been validated using Keysight ADS software. Once you un-archive the project, please run the simulation without making any change.
1). Is this what you've done?
2). There is a user guide with the model as well. Please review this document as well. Simulation environment setup and result output eye diagrams are in the user guide.

I unarchived the file again and was able to simulate it.
I cannot find "rx(n)_term.s4p" mentioned in the user guide.
Is it a different file name?
rx_io3.s4p or rx_io.s2p ?

I believe it is rx_io3.s4p file. This is termination network looking into the RX.

Thanks for the reply.
We are trying to reproduce "SDI_IO+ (EQ Mode)" as shown in the table in the datasheet.
We do not get good analysis results using the rx_io3.s4p file.
Using the rx_io.s2p file comes close, but is still not very accurate.
・What part of the device is the S-parameter in IO.s4p?
・IO.s4p is an S-parameter of what part of the device? - rx_io.s2p is an S-parameter of what part of the device?
・Is there something wrong with the way the snp file is connected?
