    One thing to consider and connecting to DS90UB940 is the PCLK rate. The minimum Pixel clock frequency supported for DS90UB927 is 5 MHz, but 25 MHz for DS90UB940. Therefore, PCLK needs to be >= 25 MHz to connect to DS90UB940 deserializer successfully.

    Since you will be connecting to DS90UB940, which is a newer FPD III device, BKWD should be set to low.
