LMH1982: Looking for Genlock IC which supports 4k60 video

Hi Team,

May I ask for help? My customer concern is as shown below:
"I saw LMH1982 but it doesn't support 4k60 video.

The genlock application I want to use with video scaler IC deals only with V_sync not H_sync. However, LMH1982 uses H_sync too therefore it is limited by the bandwidth.

I hope you find a part that accepts 4k60... or a way to use lmh1982 with only v sync to allow 4k60."

Hello Gerald,

Within 'Genlock' mode the H_sync is utilized. Yes, this would be limiting if V_sync were utilized in place of H_sync as VCXO input is assumed to be 27MHz - utilizing formats between 10MHz - 27MHz.

There are alternate devices that do offer 'Genlock' but unfortunately those devices exist outside of our group of engineers. Let me try and get someone included into this request and try to find a solution.
