TCAN1043A-Q1: Wide Vsupply CAN FD transceivers part availability

Hi,

Is there any information available on the availability roadmap for these CAN transceivers? Alternatively, TCAN1162-Q1 or TCAN11625-Q1

We are designing an industrial robotic product and are looking for a CAN FD transceiver;

• 8mbps CAN FD
• Vio pin (for communication with 3.3V microcontroller)
• Does not require an external 5V supply (e.g. either supply from 24V or 3.3V).
• Space constrained so small package ideally QFN e.g. VSON-14
