TUSB211: Can TUSB211 cover such topology?

Hi,

There's an USB2/480Mbps application with topology as below including the trace length and the loss specified for each stage.  Can TUSB211 satisfy it?  WHere should TUSB211 be placed for better performance?  If not, which solution should be used instead?
