Dear All,

this is my customer for notebook application 

Does PCA9554PWR support the sleep mode?

if yes, how the power consumption (mW) during the sleep more and operation mode?

    This devices does not have an internal clock, so there is no separate sleep mode.

    The power consumption is specified as ICC. You get the lowest power consumption when the I²C bus is idle and when the port inputs are high (so that no current flows through the pull-up resistors).
