Thanks for your support. I have gone through link shared by you. I found bsdl file related information and understood that some registers cannot be accessed through JTAG.

I couldn't find any information on hardware connection of JTAG. Kindly provide more details on this.

Hello Srikanth,

Please refer to the datasheet for the JTAG related information.

Please refer to J6 in the EVM schematics.

Regarding emulation hardware, you will have to check for third party solutions providers and solutions offered.
