DP83TC811R-Q1: Can CLKOUT pin be configured to 125MHz?

Dear team,

My customer use our 811 RGMII interface, and MAC is TC397. They feedbacks that TC397 needs a 125MHz reference clock, but our CLKOUT is 25MHz. Do we have any method to configure CLKOUT to output 125MHz?
