DP83849IF: Ping test is showing destination host unreachable

I am still a little confused as to what the specific issue is.

Can you please provide a schematic and explain the problem in more detail?

How are they configuring the PHY into fiber mode?

Good day. Here is our customer's response. We have attached the schematic and image of the PCB design for your checking. This could help on your findings.

They have done all the strap settings which is required for making the port A to work as Ethernet and port B to work as FIBER and as per reference design document and the datasheet. However, when checking with ping test it is showing destination host unreachable.

The strap configuration made is given below.
ANEN_B PULL-DOWN
AN1_B PULL-DOWN
AN0_B PULL-UP
AN0_A PULL-UP
AN1_A PULL-UP
ANEN_A PULL-UP
FX_EN_B PULL-UP
FX_EN_A PULL-DOWN
