As to DS90UB927Q-Q1 PIN13,15 and DS90UB928Q-Q1 PIN34,39 RES PIN, these pins are advised to be connected to GND ,do they have problem if they are NC? Do they have been connected GND internally？

Please do not deviate from the datasheet requirements. These pins should be connected to GND

This is not something we can provide outside of the datasheet. Please just advise the customer to follow the datasheet and GND the reserved pins
