Hi,
You might want to take a look at https://www.ti.com/product/TVP5150AM1 to see if this is suitable for your application. Please note that there is no technical support of this product although this product is still shown active on the product page.
Hi,
For questions about DS90UB933-Q1, I will forward you to the group who has the experts to answer it.
Hello Charles,
For BT656, it depends on which deserializer is paired with 933. This has been discussed previously here
Best Regards,
Casey
Hi Casey,
The TVP5150AM1 have HSYNC and VSYNC.
I would like to connect it DS90UB933. The deserializer is 960.
The TVP5150A1M1 is 8 bit and the 933 is 10 bit.
Is it ok to connect between them?
Thanks
Shmuel
Hello Shmuel,
This should be ok - the 933 -> 960 connection can support 8 bit modes as well when it is set to RAW10. See 960 register 0x7C[7:6] for configuration options.
Best Regards,
Casey
Hi Charles,
Do you recommend to use this component?
Since there is no technical support to this component.
Thanks
Shmuel
HI,
As I stated in my original reply there will be no support for TVP5150AM1. As for DS90UB933, I think Casey's group is supporting this product. You will need to make your own judgement on TVP5150 considering the support limitation.
