SN65HVD3082E: Electrical characteristics when out of recommended operating voltage

Part Number: SN65HVD3082E

Dear Specialists,

My customer has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

---

We understand that operation is not guaranteed if used outside the recommended operating voltage.

In this case, which electrical characteristics are out of guarantee when out of  recommended operating voltage.

Could you please indicate the specific specifications that are out of guarantee.

---

I appreciate your great help in advance.

Best regards,

Shinichi

  • Shinichi,

It's hard to say which parameters will violate the specification in datasheet, since TI doesn't characterize the device out of the recommended operating range. Generally speaking the Vod and some timing parameters (prop delay, rise/fall time) might get affected mostly, because these spec are sensitive to the supply voltage in nature and are specified with the operating voltage.

  • Hi Hao,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I understand the situation.

I'll report the customer it's impossible to comment outside the specifications.

When they have an additional question, I consult you again.

I appreciate your great help and cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Shinichi
