Hi 

I am using 10uF Al El Cap with ESR and Ripple rate of 10 ohm and 60mArms. Now I need to change to 16ohms & 75mArms ripple current. 

Will it cause any data rate malfunction because of change in Ripple current and ESR.

    Pavaman,

    Are you referring to the charge pump capacitors? If so, I would recommend reading this blog that goes over capacitor value selection, and there's another document about discrete charge pump design that explains the effects of ESR in these circuits.

    From your values, there shouldn't be an issue here, but I'd read through both of those documents just to be sure.
