Hi,

The EVM board input is DC jack / DC cable input and output to USB connector.

But i wish to check the behaviour of USB-C controller IC with various type of adaptor input to type C connector.

Is there any issue if i modify as below?

Hello,

I am not sure if I understand the request, but the TPS25810 is intended only for DFP applications (TPS25810 is always acting as source). So testing how the TPS25810 would behave when source by other Type-C source devices is not a valid test case. The TPS25810 will only be connected to a single DCDC on a system.

Can you suggest any ICs, that suitable for my application?

Source 5V-15W -> USB C controller -> Audio device

Hello,

You could look at the TPS25750. But if all you need is a Type-C UFP, then you can accomplish this with a resistor on the CC pin
