While we try to check out the S-parameter model for the TPD4E05U06DQAR, we found that it is different from what specified in the datasheet:

Which is valid?

The S-parameter is from: www.ti.com/.../slvmbu0

Hi Teik,

The datasheet is valid and the s2p file on the product folder needs to be updated. Here is the correct s-parameters file: 0143.TPD4E05U06.zip

Port 1 is input1; Port 3 is output 1

Port2 is input 2; Port 4 is output 2

Hi Matt,

We checked this new file:

The green curve.

But it still looks different from the datasheet.

Please help to verify again.

Hi Teik,

I would go with the s-parameters I provided since that's the most recent data.
