HI,

Please check sch picture as below:

From PCIe(RC) and to Device(EP)  may accept lane reversal and polarity inversion.

I'd like to know the ReDriver can do polarity inversion for PCIe signals?

    Greetings,

    Per PCIe specification, polarity inversion is done on the protocol layer. In other words, PCIe NRZ data is polarity insensitive. This means you can connect - for ease of layout - negative of M.2 to positive of the device(after AC coupling). Then protocol layer will adjust accordingly.
