Good Day. I have a customer who is working with TPD2E001DRLR. Please see below his query for your reference. Thank you very much.
Ideally we would rather have part number TPD2E001DRLR, but TPD2E2U06DRLR is similar.
Is it possible to place these parts on the same pads without re-layout of PCB? It does appear possible, however two pads are labeled NC on the TPD2E2U06DRLR. We don't want to cause damage to the part.

A good P2P replacement for this device (TPD2E001DRLR) would be TPD2E2U06DRL. It is a 2 channel 5.5 V Vrwm unidirectional part in a DRL package.
