Hello, the datasheet doesn't list the Thermal Pad size, however, note D points to SLMA002H.

Reviewing SLMA002H, figure 10 does not list the 48PTB package (yet the 48PHP package is listed, are they equivalent?)

I also found this thread that has the thermal pad listed for DP83848YB (which I'm assuming matches DP83848VYB?):
