TPD1E01B04: Difference between X2SON package and X1SON package

Hi team

The customer wants to switch from X1SON package to smaller X2SON package, and I am wondering if you could help check if the spec performance is the same for both X2SON package and X1SON package? Thank you.

    Hi Shawn,

    The DPL package (X2SON) will actually have lower line capacitance than the DPY package (X1SON). 

    Coincidentally, this will also affect the capacitance vs frequency, capacitance vs bias voltage, and insertion loss curves. Besides that, every other electrical characteristic should be the same.
