I try to use 925/926 EVM (DS90UB925QSEVB/NOPB & DS90UB926QSEVB/NOPB)
But the current problem is that win10 cannot drive successfully
Only show NCS USB Nano plus exclamation mark
The main program cannot be recognized
And the USB conversion IC on the public version is Atmel’s 90USB128 instead of the cypress version on the manual
please help reference below picture,
Did I have a problem with the installation settings?

Hi Kygo,
The Nano driver is not from TI. It's a Cypress driver and supports Win10. The instructions to download and install it are in the ALP install folder. Were you able to get that document? See ALP install folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\Analog LaunchPAD v1.57.0010\ALP_Documents\ALP-92x-Driver-Install
If you don't find this folder in your machine, please make sure you installed the latest ALP-PROFILE-UPDATE (v10) from TI.com in addition to the ALP frame work. Then only you will see the above folder. Also, then you will have the latest ALP profile updates on your machine.
