Hello Team,

can you share the input differential capacitance for the SN65HVD78?

We have only the output one in the datasheet.

The SN65HVD10 on the other hand, have both input and output differential capacitance in the datasheet.

I would need the same info for the SN65HVD78.

I'm not sure if you put the two together, or with one direction enabled only

    Yes, the capacitance of input of SN65HVD78 is same as the output one. This is a half-duplex transceiver - driver output shares the same pins as receiver input.

    thanks for the feedback.

    This was my assumption, but it opens the question why the SN65HVD10 has both specified Cin and Cout?

    Both with DE= 0V, but the typical values are 15pF and 16pF.

    Good question. In my opinion, these two specifications refer to the same characteristics. These two values are typical only (without bound) and very close to each other. Therefore I don't think it's necessary to distinguish them.
