DP83TC811EVM: Unable to communicate or connect

Part Number: DP83TC811EVM

I have connected a 7.5V external power supply and microUSB. I have followed all jumper instructions provided which were in default in the kit. I have also installed USB2MDIO driver and FET drivers for Windows. I am not able to communicate with the device via USB.
