DP83TG720R-Q1: MDI Network Issues with worse than 1% tolerance

Part Number: DP83TG720R-Q1

Hello,

I wanted to understand the issues that could arise from using worse than 1% tolerance components on the MDI network. This is a pre-compliance build so it is not crucial to meet all ethernet specs, just for basic 25C ideal conditions. Specifically for the 4700pF cap we wanted to use a 4700pF 50V 10% tolerance cap and wanted to understand what issues this might have. I see on the EVM there is a 4700pF, 1kV, 10% cap.

Regards,

Kevin
