My customer is studying Ethernet PHY solution and they have some questions need us to clarify.

1. What's difference between Q-grade and non-Q grade PHY solution, please base on specification and electrical characteristic to advise.

2. Can both grade devices be compatible each other or not?

3. Do we have comparison table between Q and non-Q device?

4. Does Ethernet PHY support power on Cable?

Yes, I know this part didn't have Q grade device.

But my customer's question is they want to know what difference between Q and non-Q Ethernet PHY? I just use this part as example.

I do not have a detailed comparison of difference to provide.
